Presenting to the CA QRIS Consortium

4/28/2016

On Friday, April 22, Dr. Susan Savage and I presented findings from our research study, including quantitative analyses of the Fact Sheets (see Publications page and a previous blog post) and qualitative analyses of providers' engagement in quality improvement both within and outside of QRIS.  The event was a success with almost 80 participants!  You can view the recording by following the link below.

We are deeply grateful to the Early Education and Support Division, including Maria Balakshin, and First 5 California, for making the webinar possible.

I am the Principal Investigator for this project.  I am a mother of two,  I teach about developmental science, and I have been researching child care since I was an undergraduate at Carleton College in 1994.  Before my children entered school, they were cared for in a wonderful family child care home.  One of my passions is working toward a world where all children have safe, loving, learning spaces at home and in the community.
